Bad weather day --- Great party day. We had an amazing turnout today for our annual Reiki Holiday (Christmas) party. We had people brave the weather from Penfield, Honeoye Falls, Lima, Bativia and more. Over 20 Reiki faithfull came today to share in the great Reiki, good cheer and holiday blessings. There will be no Reiki here next week but we will return to our regular meetings beginning Januray 2, 2009. Happy Holidays to all and to all a good night. We give thanks to all of you who have come to our Reiki Group this past year. 7nbsp; Bless you all.

What a great day we had today. Big turnout for Reiki and alot of great energy to go with it. Next will we will have our annul Christmas Holiday party. Everyone is welcome. Anyone wanting to bring a small gift ($5.00) wrapped to put under our Christmas tree can take a different present when they leave. Just a little something to get us all in the Christmas spirit. We hope you all can make it next Friday. There will be no meeting of The Reiki Group on Friday, December 26, 2008. We will however be back here on Friday January 2, 2009. It's not easy to type 2009 yet. Where has the year gone?

We had an awesome Native American Drumming circle today. We played drums, gave thanks, said a prayer for those lost at Pearl Harbor, and Mary Cathrine told Native America stories. If you missed today we hope you will make the next drumming circle. The date for the next circle will be set soon.

Up and coming classes with Bonnie Sandera, Energy Healer.
Bonnie Sandera will be offering a two-part workshop, Discovering Your Past Lives, on Wednesday Jan 14 and 21, 6-9:30 pm. The cost is $70. pp if paid on or before Jan 7th. &nbdp; $80. if paid after Jan 7th.

This workshop is designed to help the participants recognize connections they feel toward others, places and situations. We will discuss the concept of reincarnation, which will include why we return and what are our lessons in this lifetime.
The first session participants will take part in activities where they will uncover several of their past life situations. The second meeting each participant will experience an actual past-life regression where they will have an opportunity to re-experience a past life, and will realize how that past life may have an effect on their present life. Sometimes people experience life long problems that extend from previous lives. Past Life Regression is a safe process used to help uncover those situations often allowing the participant to move forward in their everyday lives. Please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow to the second session.

Please plan at least one hour for the circle. If you have a drum please bring it. Other types of musicial instruments are welcome. We will also be remembering Pearl Harbor by doing a short tribute to our veterans. We respectfully request a $10.00 donation that would be greatly appreciated.

Fun day yesterday. Lots of great energy. We wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving week. The Reiki Share Group will meet again in two weeks on December 5, 2008. We hope to see you all then. BIG NEWS:
We regret putting people in our Reiki Share Group throught hunting for a new location because we were planning on moving Lickitty Stitch. We want to thank all of you who have hepled look for a new Reiki site. We were unable to find a location that suited the core of our Reiki group (Due to not the right - day, hours, location, cost, storage, etc.).
However, I'm happy to tell you that we have reached an agreement with our landlord and I can now tell you that Lickkitty Stitch is staying at 1275 Mt. Read Blvd. for the foreseeable future. What does this mean? It means that our Reiki group will continue as usual right here on Fridays. We hope to see you all this Friday.
11/14/08 Great day of Reiki today. Thanks to all that came. 11/11/08 We would like to thank all of our veterans on this Veterans Day for all of their sacrifices. This Friday (11/14/08) will be the last day of Reiki at Lickitty Stitch. We have enjoyed hosting the group all these years. &bnsp; Lickitty Stitch is leaving this location and we will be unable to host the group at its now location. We are actively looking for a new location for Reiki. &bnsp; If you have any ideas please let us know. Don't forget the Reiki classes on November 22 and 23, 2008 right here (See below). Thank you so much. 11/7/08 Thanks to all who helped make the New Moon Psychic Fair a big success. Dr. Dailey call to pass the message that our group did a great job at the fair. We will be teaching Reiki I and II right here on November 22, 2008. Reiki I will be from 9:00 A.M. til 12:00 P.M.. Reiki II will begin at 1:00 P.m. til 3:00 P.M.. The fee will be $100.00 for Reiki I and $100.00 for Reiki II Plus the cost of a text book if you do not have one which is $15.00. Well it is because Barbara Konish has generously invited our Reiki group back to the New Moon Psychic Fair in the Dome Arena in Henrietta, New York. The fair is on Saturday & Sunday October 25 & 26 from the hours of 10am - 8 pm & 10am - 6pm. Our Reiki group will be setup between the hours of 10am and 4pm both days and could us anyone who can make it to the fair to help us do short Reiki demonstration on visitors to the fair. Dr. Brian Dailey will be working 12 hours shifts that weekend so he will be unable to attend. We will miss him those days. Last year there was a large turnout for this event and I hope this years will not to be any different. It was a great time last year with many things to do at the show. We took turns last year so that we could stroll the fair and signup for readings, buy things, etc.. Big News: I 'm honored to introduce to you Wendy Meyerson who ownes Natur-Tyme in Syrause, New York and is the host of a weekly radio show for over 9 years called Nutritional Insights'. Wendy is now working on a T.V. series to be called Evolving Medicine for Health and Healing. Wendy has contacted Dr. Brian Dailey about featuring him and our Reiki Group in one of the T.V. episodes . The T.V. series is slated to begin showing at the end of June, 2008. Wendy and a film crew will be here Friday, March 28, 2008 from 12:00 P.M. til 2:00 P.M.. If you wish to have an opportunity to be a celebrity, then I encourage you to be here as you maybe in some of the video footage. 2/15/08--- MEDIUMSHIP FOR BEGINNERS ---
Please join Medium, Reiki Master and Hypontherapist, Bonnie Sandera as she will teach mediumship for beginners. Each participant will develop their own intuitive abilities using meditation, class instruction, and take home assignments. Each Wednesday we will cover different phases of energy work, meditation, tools of the trade, and listening to one's intervoice.
Classes will meet at Lickitty Stitch every other Wednesday beginning February 20, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. The cost is $10.00 per week.

Bonnie has been accepted into the Four Wind's Society Shamanic Training program to begin this spring. This is a four-year training that will include a trip to Peru to work with the Shamans of the many tribes in the Andes Mountains.
Thought this class, Bonnie will learn the process of illumination, Soul Retrieval among other Native American and South Americans healing processes.

We had a great time at Reiki today. Reiki as always was great and we had a very nice baby shower for Mandy and Barry's baby. They were both so appreciative for all the effort that went into the shower. The baby is due any day now and we will keep you posted. See you all next week.

Well the baby shower for Mandy is on for tommorrow, as Mandy plans on be with us. It looks as though the baby will wait to see what gifts are presented in honor of the birth before deciding when to make the grand arrival. Everyone is welcome to come. It will be during our Reiki group meetup. No one should feel obligated to donate to the gifts for Mandy unless the wish too. Hope to see you all tomorrow.

BABY SHOWER!!!! Reiki as usual on Friday January 18, 2008 but we will also be having a baby shower for Mandy (one of our Reiki Share members). Mandy has only a stroller/car seat combination. If you know her, and wish to contribute, Sue Rhinwald is excepting donations in hopes of raising enough money to purchase a crib and changing table. For those that contribute, there will be a card for signing this Friday at Reiki. Ultrasound says a girl and Mandy prefers pastels but please NO pinks. Thank you for your consideration.

What a great Christmas party we had (We are still here at 5:30 and people are still enjoying each others company.). &nbdp; We missed Brian and Margie Dailey not being able to be here but we were happy that Bill Dewey and Isabele were able to be here the hole day with us. A lot of our Reiki friend were here today and we missed each of you who couldn't make it. We wish each of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We hope to see you all in 2008.

Thank you to all that came to Reiki today. There will be NO Reiki group activity Thanksgiving (no Reiki group on Friday 11/23/07) week. This is the time to reflect on the past and be greatful for what we have. We hope you make some great new memories to go with the ones from years past.

Happy Reiki day to all and hope to see you here today. I would like to remind everyone that tomorrow (11/3/07) Saturday at 8:30 P.M. is the annual Tastings get together at Hurd Orchards (details below at our 9/27/07 news section). We hope everyone had as good a time last weekend at the New Moon Psychic Fair and Gem and Mineral shows(details below at our 10/13/07 news section). The Gem and Mineral show is always great there. The Psychic Fair is presented by Barbara Konish (our dear friend) and I believe that it has found the perfect home. It was truely awesome in the dome with the high ceilings. It filled the dome, was layed out perfectly and the fact that it was is a true credit to Barbara and her group. Our many thanks go out to Barbar and of course all the Reiki people who gave there time to offer free Reiki demonstrations. We ended up having 2 tables at the Gem show and 3 at the Psychic Fair. People had to wait lines both days. We can't wait for the next show!

Sue R's birthday today and we all had a great time. Tomorrow Sue will be teaching Reiki I (see below 10/13/07 notes). Please read last weeks message below about next weekends Reiki Share event at the Dome Arena in Henrietta. The Share could use all the help it can get. This is the first time that we are committed to two events at once. They are in the same complex but are still seperated.

Here is a message from Dr. Dailey: Dear Group Two wonderful opportunities lay ahead on October 27th and 28th, 2007, at the Dome Arena in Henrietta. The Western New York Psychic New Moon Fair will take place Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Dome Arena. The Rochester Gem & Mineral show will be in the other half 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. We have been asked to do free Reiki demos for both event from approximately 12 noon to 4 PM. It is a fun time and you should get free admission if you explain you are with the Reiki group. The psychic fair will have readings and lots of other neat stuff. go to New Moon Psychic Fair to see examples. We hope to set up at least two tables on each side depending on peoples availability to help. I am hoping people could commit for 2 hours (12 Noon to 2 PM, 2 PM to 4PM). This has been a wonderful event in the past, and participants like Diane Warren, Mary Catherine Staub, and Lew & Sue Rhinewald have not only had fun healing, but purchased some amazing crystals as well. Saturday November 3rd, 2007 at 8:30 PM is the Hurd's Orchards Thanks Giving Tasting, Hurd Orchards This dinner had a 20 page feature in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine last time we attended. Cost is $45 plus tax, but is well worth is. they are an organic farm that create 30 plus dishes (main courses, appetizers, incredible deserts) to dine on. You may bring the beverage of your choice. We have found champagne goes with everything perfectly. We had 30 people last time. They are holding spaces just for our group until this Saturday Night October 6th, after that it is open to the public and will sell out fast (most dinners are sold out already). We talked to Dr. Brian Dailey yesterday and he wants everyone to know that this years Tastings party at Hurd Orchards will be on Saturday November 3, 2007. Sorry I have not posted this sooner but here it is. Dr. Brian Dailey informed us on 8/21/07 that Claire Remington(and her wonderful husband Dr. Fred) have been long time members of our Reiki group, and is hospitalized at Rochester General Hospital and is severely ill. They are requesting any prayers, and healing thoughts and intentions people may send. I have no further update at this time.

A beautiful day out today and we had a light turnout for Reiki. Those that came all seemed to have a good time. On a special note I would like to ask everyone to give a prayer to Ray Bullis who is recovering at the Living Center building next to Unity (Parkridge Hospital) on Long Pond Road. Ray is in room 207 and is recieving physical therapy. Also please sent out a prayer to Elizabeth Kraus's mother who is going through a very tough time right now.
One final note: Mary Catherine Staub is having a Tag Sale (I call it a garage sale.) at here home next week (8/17/07) on Friday from 10:00 A.M. til 6:00 P.M.and again (8/18/07) on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. til 6:00 P.M.. Sorry I haven't been updating this site like I should. Last weekend we presented our Rieki III Master/\Teacher class and we would like to congratulate the 10 new Reiki Master/Teacher graduates. May they help many people in their future endeavors. We hope many of them will be able to practice their new skills right here on Fridays with us. Speaking of Fridays, thats tomorrow and we hope to see you here.

I just wanted to let you know that the Reiki III (Master)is scheduled from 9:00 A.M. til 4:00 P.M. on Saturday and from 10:00 A.M. til 3:00 P.M. on Sunday August 4 and 5, 2007.

Please check out the information about Harry Oldfield and for a 42 minute presentation on Our Invisible Universe. He is an incredible man. See some of the images that Dr. Oldfield and Dr. Dailey conspired to capture. I think you will agree that he and Dr. Dailey have so much in common and have captured many incredible images for us all to see. How nice it is that they share these images.

Beautiful weather today. Another great day for Reiki (as though there is ever a bad day for Reiki). The Dailey's were here today and the next two Fridays look to be good on their schedules. Hope to see you all next Friday and everyone have a great 4th of July.

We will be conducting a Reiki I class for new students on 7/7/07 (Thats on a Saturday). It will be from 9:00 A.M. til 3:00 P.M.. The fee is $100.00 plus $15.00 for the text book. We were very busy last Friday as everyone that was here knows. I hope you have all had a great week and look forward to seeing you tomorrow. We had a great time with Elizabeth Harness and her camera man. We hope you caught the airing of there story.

We were very busy today. 5 tables were in use most of the day. Elizabeth Harness was here with her camera man for about 1 hour. The story they taped will be on Fox 31 on Monday (6/4/07) at 10:00 P.M. and on channel 8 at 11:00 P.M.. Read the story below for information on this coming Thursday. Dear Group: I am speaking June 7, 2007, 12 noon to 1 PM at the TWIG auditorium at Rochester General Hospital. 1425 Portland Avenue, Rochester, N.Y. 14621 on Reiki and Hemi-Syc. We are hoping to do Reiki on the public from 1 PM to 2 PM. Any one available to do Rieki after the talk is greatly appreciated. If you have a Reiki table please bring it. There is likely to be media coverage. If you call 922-LINK to register, I believe they will provide snacks and possibly lunch.
Also Elizabeth Harness, Health Reporter for Channel 8 News will be at Lickitty Stitch (1275 Mt. Read Blvd., Rochester, N.Y.) Friday June 1, 2007 at 12:30 PM to do a story on our group as a prelude to the June 7th talk. It should air later that day, and be on the Channel 8 News website. There will not be any Reiki I class tomorrow (5/12/07). There will still be a Reiki II class on Sunday (5/13/07). We still have room in the Reiki II class on Sunday and all you need to do is showup. There is no need to pre-register.

Last minute news for tomorrow. Mary Catherine Staub has informed me that for those interested, she will be doing spiritual tarot card readings for people at tomorrows Reiki group get together. She will give you a reading for a donation of $10.00 per reading. The last time she aggreed to do this it was well recieved by all. Small crowd today but we had a good time. We will be here until 3 or 4 P.M. today for Reiki so if you can make it over please do so. We would be happy to share Reiki with you. Dr. Dailey plans on being with us next week. We hope everyone is staying warm.

We had a very impressive demonstration of the Rainbow vaccum last Friday after Reiki. If anyone else is interested in seeing the Rainbow vaccum just let us know at now obligation to you. It has been cold, we hope you are all warm and well. See you this Friday at 9:30 A.M. for Reiki.
